Order FAQ’s
How can I edit/add anything to my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order and we will do our best to assist you prior to your order being shipped.
Once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes to the order and our Returns Policy will apply (see below).
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.
International orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our return policy (see below) for further instructions.
We will make every effort to process your cancellation before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that your email will be reviewed in time.
Returns for Change of Mind, Incorrect product purchased, Return as no longer rqd
Once your international order has been shipped and has left our warehouse, we are then unable to return/exchange any items due to change of mind, or if you ordered the wrong product, or if you no longer need the product.
Please contact us as soon as you can if you need to change your order or if you made an order mistake as we are unable recall international orders once they have been shipped.

At Global Vet Pro Our commitment to authenticity is unwavering. We assure you that every product we offer is genuine and comes with clear labelling in English. Additionally, we ensure that all our items have extensive expiry dates.

How are your prices so cheap?
The Items we sell are Over the Counter (OTC) products in Australia. We keep our business overheads as low as possible and buy in bulk from reputed suppliers to offer you the best possible prices.
Why does the product look different to what I'm used to?
All products have the approved Australian packaging as all our products are sourced and shipped from Australia to you. This approach allows us to offer you the best possible value. Products that often require a prescription in the US are typically sold over the counter in Australia and many other parts of the world.
So whilst the product packaging may have an Aussie look, inside you'll always find the trusted quality your pets deserve. But the best part? No Prescription required
