Directions for use

• Administer orally as directed by the dosage guidelines
• Ensure the dose provides 20-41 mg of lotilaner and 0.75-1.53 mg of milbemycin oxime per 2.2lbs (1kg) body weight

Dosage Instructions:

• For dogs 3.1lbs to 6.2lbs (1.4kg – 2.8kg): 1 tablet Credelio Plus 56.25/2.11 mg
• For dogs >6.2lbs to 12lbs (2.8kg – 5.4kg): 1 tablet Credelio Plus 112.5/4.22 mg
• For dogs >12.1lbs to 24lbs (5.5kg – 10.8kg): 1 tablet Credelio Plus 225/8.44 mg
• For dogs >24.1lbs to 48lbs (11kg – 21.7kg): 1 tablet Credelio Plus 450/16.88 mg
• For dogs >48.1lbs to 99lbs (21.8kg – 45kg): 1 tablet Credelio Plus 900/33.75 mg
• For dogs weighing more than 99lbs (45kg), use an appropriate combination of tablets to achieve the recommended dosage.

Dosage and Administration:

• Administer orally once per month - preferably on the same day each month
• Administer with or following food
• May be used year round

Caution

• Suitable for dogs and puppies older than 8 weeks and weighing at least 3.1lbs (1.4kg)

• Roundworms (adult and larval Toxocara canis, adult Toxacaris leonine)

Heartworm: Prevents heartworm (Dirofilaria immitis) disease
